We have a multi step protocol to ensure we eliminate your bed bugs.

1. Communication is key:  whether it is an owner occupied dwelling or a rental, communication is a priority.

2.  Inspect, Inspect, Inspect!  A thourough inspection is performed which may include requireing some coperation of the home owner / tennant.  Our inspection may include stripping bed of linens, moving and or empting dressers, lifting up box springs and removing bottom covers, un plugging some electronic devices for safety during inspection, removing outlets from walls and pulling up of carpet at the room edges to inspect along base boards.

3.  Monitoring may be performed before, durring and after treament using state of the art "Night Watch" bed bug monitors to aid in tracking our progress.

4.  Treatment and follow up inspections / treatments:  Thourough treatment will be performed at all the above mentioned areas where inspection found it nessisary.  Follow up inspections and minor supplemental treatments will be performed weekly until release.

5:  Release:  Once the occupant has told the Gecko service technician that they are no longer experienceing "bites"  one more week of inspection / supplemental treatments will be performed and then Gecko will be released.

We charge a min. of $65 for our inspection, however that inspection fee is waived if Gecko is hired for the work.

Pricing for Bed Bug service is done by inspection only.  Every situation is different and prices for corrective work can vary widely. 

Properly labeled products will be used and may vary  from service to service.

Occupant participation and co operation is required in prepwork for agreed upon treatments.  Prepwork for the occupant will be determined and agreed upon at time of initial inspection.
